Quick help for EchoTrail access plans, sign-in, checkout, and location permissions.
Can't sign in?
Use the email and password you chose during signup. If that email already has an account, use Sign in instead of creating a second account.
Checkout question?
After a completed checkout, return through the confirmation link and sign in with the account used for your Replay or Archive plan. If you canceled, no payment was made and you can restart from Access.
Location isn't available?
Enable location for EchoTrail in your browser or device settings, then return to the map and choose to use location. The preview remains available without background location tracking.
