Information we use
When you create an account, we use the email address and name you provide to sign you in and manage your access. We also receive limited device, browser, and interaction information needed to operate, secure, and improve EchoTrail.
Location
EchoTrail requests location only after you choose to explore nearby signals. The mobile app requests foreground location only; it does not request or use background location. Your exact location is used to show the map near you and is not represented as a persistent Echo creation API.
Payments and service providers
Replay and Archive checkout are handled by MadeThis in your browser. EchoTrail does not collect or store card details. We use hosted infrastructure and service providers to deliver authentication, checkout, and the product experience.
Your choices
You can decline location permission and continue without nearby discovery. You can also control browser storage and device permissions through your browser or device settings. For privacy or account help, visit EchoTrail Support.
